The conference will be held on the USC Campus.

Lodging

The USC Campus, the conference venue, is conveniently near Downtown Los Angeles, offering a variety of hotels and accommodation options.

• USC Hotel: [Sold Out]

  • • A block of rooms has been reserved at the USC Hotel, conveniently located across the street from the USC Campus. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

    • Block name: ICOSSAR 2025

    • Special rate: $194/night + taxes

• Campus Dorms:

  • • Booking dates must fall between June 1-6, 2025.

    • Registered students, with supporting documentation, can request on-campus accommodations for the duration of the conference at the rate of $75/night. 

      • • A limited number of single bedroom apartments are available and will be made available on a first-come first-serve basis. 

        • Additional two-bedroom apartments with shared bath are also available, at the same rate.

    • The rooms will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. The single rooms will be assigned first until they are all booked. If you require rooming arrangements with another conference participant, please let us know and we will make an effort to accommodate your request.

    • Cancellations made before May 1, 2025 will receive full reimbursement. No refunds after that.

    • We expect to communicate with students concerning room assignments towards mid-April.

    • Each bed comes with a pillow, blanket, and linen packet. Each linen packet includes the top and bottom sheet, washcloth and pillowcase. There is no linen exchange.

    • Booking for dorms will be done through registration.
