Presenting Author Information

Below is information regarding presentations at ICOSSAR'25.  

• Each talk will have a 20-minute time slot. This time is to include your presentation and Q&A.

• There will be up to six 20-minute time slots in each technical session.

• You will be presenting from your own laptop. The adapter for laptops is HDMI. If you need another adapter, you must bring your own.

• The default for the screen is 16:9.

• There is no specified template for this congress.

Presenting authors may view their presentation times by clicking on "view" next to their abstract in the ICOSSAR'25 submissions site: https://submissions.icossar2025.org. They can also search by clicking on "Search Schedule" in the left side menu on the submissions site. Note that the time may change slightly due to cancellations or other issues so we encourage you to check back frequently.
