Abstract Submission
Abstract submission for ICOSSAR'25 is now open. Please read the guidelines/instructions below carefully before beginning your submission using the link below. Note that you will be required to create an account on the submission site first if you do not already have one. Please contact us at organizer@icossar2025.org if you do not receive your email verification code. Abstract submission closes January 31, 2025.
Your abstract should be submitted in one of the conference sessions.
Your abstract is for an oral or poster presentation.
Each paid registrant at ICOSSAR'25 will be limited to one presentation.
Participants may be an author of multiple abstracts, but can be the presenting author of only one abstract.
Abstracts are limited to 1 page.
Your abstract must contain a summary of your presentation and describe the principal contributions to the field.
Figures are not allowed.
When entering the title, use the '"sentence" case (capitalize only the first letter of the first word).
Be sure to enter all the authors with their affiliations and email addresses.
Limit the affiliation for each author to the name of institution, company, or university only. Do not provide address or department name.
Once successfully submitted, the person submitting the abstract will receive an email notification that the abstract has been received. If you do not receive an email notification within 24 hours, contact us at organizer@icossar2025.org. Make sure your email address is entered correctly. Also, we ask that you check your spam folder first.
We anticipate that notification of your abstract acceptance or rejection will be made by February 28, 2025.
You will be able to view the status of your abstract by logging in and viewing the abstract under your user profile.
Extended abstracts
A call for extended abstracts will be sent out at a later date.
